You can be nested whilst standing

Bug Description:
Stand over a over nest then get buckled into it.

Steps to reproduce:
1.Stand over a nest.
2.Get buckled by an alien.
3.Profit.

(Basically Re-Add the "You have to be tackled on the ground to be nested" Code.)

Seems like the case, was able to buckle marines and monkeys into the nest with not having to tackle them

The problem is that nesting is instant. So without even tackling, an alien somehow pulls the resin up to the marine to bind them? How about giving nesting a minor delay, like that of using ladders? You get rid of combat nesting, without necessarily requiring the subject to be tackled or unconscious. Those would just be the easiest states to nest a person in.

Yeah, but even with this, marines getting out and causing trouble is still a frequent occurrence. Sometimes they manage to kill themselves, or even escape entirely. With the neuro-spit accuracy being what it is now, it's easier.

If anything is to be done, just shorten the amount of time it takes to break free of the nest, slightly.

This is not intentional. On the regular CM, you had to be on the floor to be nested.

Uh.

Now there is a cool down from when someone was unbuckled/escaped, leading to aliens having to disarm camp someone on the lamb before they can toss 'em back on the nest.
