History: From a mining colony in a dense asteroid belt he grew up with his parents and had a mostly uneventful childhood. when he became a miner himself he got the nickname Dwarf,eventually moved to another mining colony on a desert planet that shortly after was attacked by pirates,Urist was the only one to survive without being captured and stayed alive on the surface of the planet for one month until he was finally rescued. He joined the colonial Marines to have a chance at fighting people who want to kill him without it being a suicide mission, he did well enough to become a specialist over the years and plans on staying a marine as long as possible.

Alternate History/If Survivor: From a mining colony in a dense asteroid belt he grew up with his parents and had a mostly uneventful childhood. when he became a miner himself he got the nickname dwarf,eventually moved to another mining colony and another trying to get his pay,he was put in prison for a long time after a very brutal bar fight that almost killed three people, he eventually made his way to the archaeology colony on LV-624 to dig little did he know he would have a possibly fatal time there

Basic appearance: He has a messy huge dark red beard and not as messy dark red hair and shimmering amber eyes he also has a lot of scars and a slight tan from his time in the desert with a short and stocky build

Dislikes: Suicide missions,Boring missions,People disobeying reasonable orders,Pirates,Elves.
