Summary (a quick, 2-3 sentence summary): welders, weldmasks and wires would be added to medbay
Benefits (How this will benefit the server and game as a whole): this would only really affect marines but wounded arms and legs are probably among the most common types of injury i've seen in the medbay, as it is doctors have no convenient way to repair prosthetics without asking engineering for some of their supplies, i know technically anything mechanical is under engineerings purview but our job as doctors and medics is to treat ANY wounded we are able to do so and its not a stretch to assume we'd know enough about prosthetics to repair them if we know enough about them to attach them to begin with and this isn't exactly a massive code change here, if someone comes in with a damaged prosthetic we should have the equipment to attend to their injuries on site because quite frankly, this is our fucking job.
Details (Description of how you think this would work, the benefits, etc): the procedure for actually repairing prosthetics would remain completely unchanged, we would just be adding the necessary materials to medbay so the doctors can handle it themselves without hoping a random engineer will be able to get to the patients in question later, say 2-3 masks or weld goggles, wire bundles and welding tools each, technically this would also warrant weldfuel nearby somewhere we can access.
Implementation (Optional, if you have an idea how to implement it): this is purely a mapping concern, just add a few welders, masks and wires to medbay storage in some corner and then update the map.

There already is a welder in medbay and you don't need welding protection to fix prosthetics. But it does need wires. So +1

medbay doesn't have access to any of the tool vendors onboard, i suppose they could be added to the nanomed pluses though
