Summary: Currently the Hivelord is the biggest T3 Alien in the game, with only the Queen visually appearing bigger sprite wise. This gives the false impression the Hivelord is a powerful offensive/defensive unit whereas its really a pure (and very powerful) support unit.
My proposal is to reduce the Hivelords size to be very small, make it the smallest T3 Alien.
Benefits: This will not give off the impression the Hivelord is a powerful offensive alien, as well as making the Hivelord less of a big target and thus less likely to be prioritised by Marines.

Re: Reduce Hivelord's Size
When I say small I don't mean make it as small as a T1-T2, just smaller than any other T3 but still bigger than a sub-T2.

I retract the offer. I tried, but improving on the work of wjohnston was a ludicrous idea.

Re: Reduce Hivelord's Size
I honestly think it should it should still be large, as it is probably holding a lot of extra organs for manufacturing resin quickly and the like, though another indicator of it being something other than a pink ravager-queen hybrid would be useful (not shit-talking johnston's work, just an idea). Maybe give it some hump on its back, or have some sort of resin storage organ-sack-thing sticking out?

It's supposed to be big. It's gushing with the plasmas.
