[Alpha] Less Monkeys
Summary (a quick, 2-3 sentence summary): The number of monkeys on the map is too damn high. I counted 22 combined monkey, neara, farwa and stok, and this is two hours into a round where some dead ones may have been eaten already. I don't recall infecting monkeys ever being part of the Aliens lore, but I'm not deeply knowledgeable on this and could be wrong.
Benefits (How this will benefit the server and game as a whole): This is why Aliens steamroll so hard during low pop rounds; all they have to do is gather all the monkeys and they will get 30+ Aliens over time without ever touching a marine.
Details (Description of how you think this would work, the benefits, etc): Remove monkeys; less passive population gain for Aliens. Aliens have a parasitic breeding cycle that requires hosts, but they can acquire hosts without risk to existing Xenomorphs.
Implementation (Optional, if you have an idea how to implement it): Remove some of the monkeys, stok, neara and farwa. Unless monkey impregnation is probably established in lore, remove them all.

...more survivor slots?
Lockie 'Furry' Hughes, your local source of annoyance, medicine and Will. E. Coyote engineering. Mostly medicine. Maybe annoyance.

-1. As it stands survivors know a lot including how to defend themselves. God forbid you have a round of robust survivors that can slaughter incoming aliens before the marines even arrive.
Start with 10 aliens, have 6 aliens by the time marines come back because of robustness.

Re: [Alpha] Less Monkeys
New Implementation Idea : To UPGRADE to next Tier, you have to eat x amounts of MONKEY, since their are so many monkeys around.
-Help limit number of alien high tier, maybe lower tier alien can eat SDD alien or DEAD aliens to gain into higher tier, (ideas).
Support if you like it.

Solution: Enlarge Sniper's round from .50 to .75 or .99 to make bigger holes.UnknownMurder wrote:-1
Aliens WILL lose on their first contact as normal, and you just want them to lose even harder.

Re: [Alpha] Less Monkeys
Not really. But less easily available monkies would emphasize the Aliens need to INFECT instead of KILL and Queens would, and should, be less inclined to permit lethal force.

it will encourage aliens to rush survivors even more, they metagame bad enough as is with rushing the dome and unlike nostromo its harder to get even bad defensive tools and harder to find hiding places, if it wasn't for that i'd say +1

I'd think it would make survivor more fun. If you decrease monkeys and increase survivor slots, you could have a ragtag gang of survivors band together. I haven't played survivor so I don't exactly know what it's like.
