Bug Description: Sentries report being at 50% health, while repairing reports nothing to fix. The sentry was also undamaged by players.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Place down a sentry
2. See that is says it is at 50% health/damaged
3. Attempt repairs with a welder
4. The welder will respond with, Nothing to fix here!
