Description of the incident:

Me and another marine were on the shuttle, throwing pizza at each other as the shuttle was travelling from the Sulaco to the Colony. Keith randomly picks up the pizza, starts saying "EAT IT"..."EAT IT YOU SLUT" and then force feeds me large amounts of the pizza, making me overfed and slow.

Shortly after, my squad mates and I are breaking into the security section and Keith comes in, takes a security locker, and then walks off with it. As I walk out, he runs at me with a security baton and starts shocking me with it saying, "Get down, crazy bitch"

Ashe White screams!
Keith 'RKO' Orton says, "GET DOWN"
Ashe White has been prodded in the chest with the stunbaton by Keith 'RKO' Orton!
Ashe White says, "Can you fucking not?"

I pull out my revolver and start shooting in his general direction to get him to run off, which he does. Still walking towards me with the stun prod out he claims "Truce" but still walks at me with more assumed security gear. I fire again to get him to just stay away from me, two tiles to his right. He moves and a bullet connects to him, and then he whips out his gun. Standing around my entire squad, he steps over to me, holds up his gun, and executes me on the spot.

Almost immediately he starts looting me body and asking anyone if they know how to "Shoot a rifle?"

I don't know if he was screwing with me from the start for this reason, but I feel like he was entirely finding ways to antagonize me just to steal my specialist gear.

At the time, there were no admins at all online.

(I additionally, don't see myself firing a gun in his general direction direction with no intention of actually hitting him by firing multiple tiles away at maximums two, me consenting to a deathmatch..)

How you would punish the accused:

I don't even care if he gets banned or not. I just want an apology for being booted out of a round not even 10 or so minutes in because he felt the need to harass me.

Coroneljones logged in, evaluated the situation and revived me. This is resolved in my eyes.

I was playing the Alpha Squad Lead this round and was in the shuttle with Keith and Ashe. Told Keith to stop, an order he promptly ignored. As soon as we landed he ran off to do the above while his squad was yelling at him to regroup.

A few minutes later I run into the other alpha medic, Ravenn Blackfeather, who says she was shot by Keith, unprovoked. Unable to confirm this, but worth mentioning.

Nah, lot of rounds I play, Keith is usually trolling and shooting fellow marines and other antics that makes me just field execute his ass on the spot. Granted he does have his moments where he actually isn't screwing around, but when I usually see him trolling or shooting other marines I think he just needs to go find something else to do then ruining the game for others. Granted maybe shooting at him wasn't fully the best idea since he can say well you shot first I would just kill him next time. That character isn't something we need on the server.

Him getting involved with me at all is unprovoked, but him executing me could be claimed as provoked by my firing at him, which was provoked by his random stunning me. Only difference is that he was coming at me in extremely annoying non-lethal methods... and I fired a gun. My only argument is I was firing away from him, without actually attempting to hurt him. His walking into my bullet so he could come execute me, gives me an idea he was trying to provoke me.. to kill me.. to steal my gun as he had done...

(But a common admin argument is that I used lethal methods and thus consented to a death match, whether I hit him intentionally or not.)

Going to put this as resolved however his way of RP is pretty horrid so if I see anymore of this I will be handing out a ban to Keith.
