Add a voting system to suggestions- aka democracy made easy

Add an integrated voting system to Suggestions

Benefits (How this will benefit the server and game as a whole):
Will simplify choosing what the community really wants, and not only the vocal part.

Details (Description of how you think this would work, the benefits, etc):
It works for very diverse SS13 communities, from BayStation to Lifeweb.
It gives the voice to the masses, as currently only 15% at most dare comment on topics suggested.

Implementation (Optional, if you have an idea how to implement it):
Add a simple poll system. Yes/No/Abstain, so people can vote and comment if they like.

the devs and some of the staff have made it clear that the lack of a voting system is INTENTIONAL, what gets put in is not a democracy, i dont know what metric they use to determine which ideas they go with but all the +'s or -'s in the world dont matter to them all that much, its strange i know but im sure they have their reasons.

Fairly sure ages ago someone made a poll for a suggestion and apop wasn't exactly happy about it.
In fact we had a poll option on the old forums that people weren't allowed to use for suggestions so i'm not sure if this will be a thing again.

My proposal was born of poor Apophis being swamped with suggestions and with no easy way to sort them out. Vox populi, vox dei.
Take it or leave it, though I personally see no reason not to communicate with the players directly. Ivory towers rarely lead to thriving communities.

A voting system would make it easier for coders to see which suggestions are desired/needed.

Just simply put in a poll option with those three options, after so many no votes the thread is auto locked and can be moved to the archive(If possible..?). Or have staff regularly check to see how many no votes are placed, if the No's heavily outweigh the Yes', lock it and archive it. Have the votes not mean 'It's gunna be put in!' have it moreso 'A safer way of voting without having to worry about your opinion being bashed!'. Voting doesn't outright mean democracy, nor does it mean it'll be put in.

It isn't a democracy, but would at least make it easier to see which topics have more interest than others from the community.

I think it would literally be handy to easily see how many players want the suggestion and therefore determine if you want to waste your time reading all of it beforehand.

My reply back to Apophis:

"It wouldn't be an automatic poll that gets created, but I can switch permissions to allow groups in the Suggestions forum to create their own polls, thus being a solution. I thought you didn't like polls."

EDIT: Another option that I brought up before the de-merge from New Eden was using UserReport to vote up/down ideas so we can see which are the most important to the community.
