Clock Display on Sulaco
Summary (a quick, 2-3 sentence summary):
As far as everyone knows, there is always THAT Commander who will give a shout out on the Announcement, "CREW! BRIEF! 12:25! TARDY BE PUNISHED!" So, thus, I give a suggestion to put some Clock or Electronic Clock Display (if possible) around on Sulaco.
Benefits (How this will benefit the server and game as a whole):
Keeps the Marines ready to go and be notified with time so they don't sit around in briefing for fifteen minutes shouting, "WHERE IS THE COMMANDAH!"
Details (Description of how you think this would work, the benefits, etc):
Just simply put it there and MOST marines will follow schedules.
Implementation (Optional, if you have an idea how to implement it):
Mapping Skills.

Re: Clock Display on Sulaco
Certainly agree, a new clock feature would be great for the status pane. I think for aliens as well as marines, just so everyone has a sense of how long the round has been.
Cohen 'Double-F' Blyant Confirmed Combat Stats:
Intentional marine kills: 0
Friendly-fire kills: 2
Friendly-fire injuries: 9
Total aliens killed: 10
T3s killed: 2
Queens killed: 1
Times infected: Too many to count.
Deaths: See above.
Deaths by friendly-fire: 1
In case you couldn't tell, I'm pretty bad at this.

+1, also for personal marine clocks of some sort.

I like that idea. Especially since Marines don't have PDAs like Sulaco staff.

+1. Just put it in the status pane where objectives are. We have HUD's of some kind anyway if it tells you to check the status pane everytime an objective is updated.

On the bridge, you can set the "displays" to "clock".

Ideally all marines should have an integrated clock somewhere, maybe the same screen they see squad orders- would promote timing and coordination.

Tip:
Not the clocks are somewhere where the Marines are usually at, especially the prep and partial of the bridge.
I'd like to strengthen the Suggestion and expanding it to the Neutral Territory. (Nexus)

I want watches (one of the single most important items in a soldiers kit if you plan to actually meet your timings), It would make commanding from the sulaco much easier if marines know what time it is. It would need to be easy to check though, not like opening pdas in the old days. Maybe if it's possible just add watches to gloves and have the round time from the lobby show up when worn.

Now that bein', said. I can imagine the Commander shouting over to Squad Leader in Command Channel.RoswellRay wrote:I want watches (one of the single most important items in a soldiers kit if you plan to actually meet your timings), It would make commanding from the sulaco much easier if marines know what time it is.
