Often new larvae have not heard (or prefer not to have heard) Queens orders.
I propose the last of the orders to be shown to the larvae on spawn.
Benefits (How this will benefit the server and game as a whole):
Will help to coordinate aliens, avoid deaths, inform players, and, hopefully, improve that win:win ration some people are so salty about.

Its a bit like latest Captains message, new arrivals need to know whats going on.
Same system can be introduced to marine side as well, for them it will be latest announcement, and it can be saved in newscasters.
Bay has it in code, I believe.

Show one message to larvaes on birth. By code magic.
