If a player was shooting everyone in briefing at round start how would you deal with the situation? Warn the player and rp it out (Permanent jail time is more fun than a ban)

You notice that a xeno is breaching the Nostromo and is unable to seal it with resin. How would you deal with this and what punishment would you give for a first offender? Just a light nice warning and use admin powers to patch it.

The marines want the nuke codes to detonate the Nostromo because they claim they are losing too many marines. There are currently 4 aliens and 20 marines in your /who. What do you do? I can't I'm not a head staff.

A Sulaco Medic has made several napalm grenades and hands them out to marines. One of the marines throws the grenade into Logistics. There are no admins or other moderators online. What do you do? Ask the marine WHY and depending on the response or attitude I would leave it off with a heavy warning or give him a 1 hour ban for ruining rp by griefing (I would ask why would be to see if he was a new player or not or to determine if a ban would be necessary).

What would you do if a player started to talk about the things he did to your mom last night? I would ignore foolish statements and be chill.

My goal is not to ban or yell or use my moderator power, I just want to make a great RP experience and I feel like I can add a lot to the administration team. I decided to put in this application because I got tired of seeing stupid, unnecessary actions happening, like officers running around as clowns and messing up the station randomly and people just acting immature. I want to try to end it. I am very new to SS13, for example I have no idea how engineering works and other SS13 game dynamics. I do understand that my account is NOT 2 weeks or old, however I would like to be considered once I meet that requirement. Thanks.

You see, I like where you're coming from, trying to keep RP, but to be honest, some situations are best dealt with using Staff Prejudice, you get it? Sometimes a guy shooting up briefing needs a good banning! Or kicking! Or... well you get the gist. A medic making napalm grenades and letting a marine toss them into the LO line? That answer was a little... weak, in my eyes. That was fairly blatant grief and deserves a ban or investigation from higher-up staff in my eyes. Maybe it was IC grudge, or being crazy, but I feel like that punishment would be too light. Also, this is your... 3rd post on the forums? I feel like you need to be more ACTIVE before sending in an application! You seem like you may make a good fit, and it's not my call in the end. I am neutral for you being staff, but again, not my call in the end.

Answers aren't bad, but as the guy above stated... if its reached Mods at this point... dont use RP to deal with the situation.

.... Yeah, I am going to have to go with a -1 for this because as you have stated, Your account is not two weeks old... Two... if it has been brought to a moderator or above it no longer is a RP situation unless its a special circumstance. Three. Breaches are never actually repaired by staff unless they are game breaking for the most part. Four. Medics should not be making napalm period if they are making napalm that is more like a 10-24 hour ban. This is just honest input and procedure so there you go.
