What rule(s) were broken: Rule 7. No IC in OOC or LOOC (bringing everyone to attention that they died by sending a vote) and Rule 6. No OOC in IC (communicating to the living as the dead in Looc for his own personal interests to come back into the game)

Description of the incident: After every single time they died, he lodged a Server restart vote. About four times in one game in total. During the invasion of the Sulaco, they bothered the Command staff on the bridge over LOOC, demanding a Distress beacon. After they died as a PMC, they immediately lodged another restart vote.

Evidence (screenshots, logs, etc): The heavy gunfire pushed the evidence off log before I managed to save, if anyone could get the complete logs, it would be appreciated.

How you would punish the accused: giving a very short vacation, maybe a few hours at most to remind them not to be a party pooper and throw a vote/whine in looc whenever they die. It's bad form, and a bad sport, and more to the point, just annoying for everyone that needs to deal with it.

I can second this, I saw the accused screaming in Death-Chat about meta aliens and bullshit, then abruptly went silent after the second vote failed.

He was also pretty abrasive when egging on the command staff to send the distress call.

I have already talked to him in the past about this in addition to recently he has had some offenses... This has been resolved and I will keep close eye on him.
