Dropship / Droppod construction

Bug Description:
You can't build a new airlock on the dropship / droppod.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Have alien melt an airlock on the droppod.
2. Send droppod to Sulaco.
3. Try to build a new airlock.

this may be intentional, as far as i understand the code for the dropships havent been touched in years and that shit may be wonky.

Try to make the airlock construction in the hallway and drag it on the desired spot.

You can't make anything on the pods. Sentries, barricades, anything.
