Description of the incident: Well, I was an MP, and he had /apparently/ shot and killed one MP and put the other into Crit. They wanted to go down to the surface to find and kill him. First off, he has a report on him ALREADY for this type of crap. He put an MP into crit the other night with throwing knives after he stunned them for killing a dog. As they are heading down and I am against the idea of flat-out killing a marine on the battlefield, he begins screaming into the common channel... OH MY GOD THE QUEEN IS HERE! DRONES AND SHIT! RAVAGERS AND SHIT! Just to quote him.... He was fairly spam-y in the chat, screaming about the declaration of independence and England and god knows what else...

How you would punish the accused: To be quite frank, ban. Not sure how long, but a ban, or at the least, a warning. If it is requested I can add or link a screenshot of some major chat-spam of his were he is screaming into the common channel.
