Circular Saw stuck inside Doctor

Bug Description:
The Circular Saw can be injected with no effort, inside the person's body.

Steps to reproduce:
1.Wear full Firefighter sets, and white glove. Go do surgery.
2.Get disarm by fellow Doctor for trying to help out with Surgery,(for Christ sake, I'm not a assitance).
3.Keep getting disarm, and move off, till the saw is inside you. (I think you should read the log, sorry. But the other Doctor might have thrown the saw).

Afterward: the Saw will disappear, and you will get a red message prompting "moving around as the Saw" move inside you.

Intended. Sharp objects tend to stick in wounds if thrown at someone.
