Your appeal, including evidence (an http://www.imgur.com album is recommended for multiple screenshots): I went to click on Lewis Calhouns dead body to check his gear and accidently used the hand with an smg. I even immediately realized what I did and said "whoops" and immediately dropped the smg. It was a complete accident.
The log can back me up on this, and I can provide a pic if needed.
