Bug Description: According to a player, the rocket launcher doesn't work. If they attempt to wield it, the game tells them that it can't be done. I'm not sure if this was a once off incident, but I thought I'd report it.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Get rocket launcher
2. Attempt to wield it so you can fire it
3. You can't
Rocket Launcher (and Grenade Launcher) can't be Wielded

Aren't rocket launcher one handed? Also, he might've been missing a hand or arm.

Yeeep, those weapons lack the ability to be wielded, therefor can't even be fired.

This bug applies to all wielded items now. It's spreading!
