Bug Description:
As a BO you would expect to be able to make announcements on the Comms computer but you don't have the access.
Steps to reproduce:
1.Be a Bo.
2.Try and access the comms computer.
3.Get denied.

I don't think this is a bug. I think it's intentional. The communication computeris for the Co and xo only.

Still doesn't make sense in my mind because the Bo only works in the bridge but yet they can't make announcements or would be able to call for a evac/ RT.
