This was resolved with Biolock, he observed me the rest of the round as a Commander and I was unjobbanned due to the actions I took after receiving word that I had been jobbanned.

I did throw a bat at a few people (Hippie habits), I did not lie to the admins face about hit, and for him to refer to me as an asshole in the notes is unnecessary.

This is true, I forgot about the admin permission with mutinies rule, it was all roleplayed correctly though and I did only use non-lethals as referred to in the notes.

OK, this is absolutely true (some parts of it), me and my squad had just docked at the Sulaco because we had multiple wounded men, me, as the squad leader, escorted my wounded troops to the Medbay and then came back. There was a BO standing by the drop pod and I told her not to launch the pod and pushed her away. She then proceeds to go back to the console and launch about 40% of my squad down to the over run part of LV-624. (near engineering) I proceeded to yell insults at her and report her on the radio and whatever and then she decides to hit me with a riot shield. I say in my mind, "Okay, fuck you." And start unloading bullets into her for being an absolute retard and basically killing my squad. I get banned for it in the end. The use of quotes in "stranding my squad" really makes it seem like there wasn't a proper reason for me to kill her. (I never heard from my squad again up until I was banned the entire round.)

Yeah, I stunned an MP for some crayons she stole from me (hippie habits), the BO used lethals to try and make me freeze with the hostage thingy intent whatever and shot me, and kept shooting at me, so under the grief protection rule that I think is still in place I had every right to shoot back at him. So I did and be-headed him with bullets. This "falsely reporting things to ahelp" note is absolutely horse shit, the admin might've been mistaken because there was another BO involved that I DIDN'T kill.
