History: Philip was found on Earth in belfast ireland as a streetrat one day he was stealing food from a street vendor when an unfortunate incident happened, from a window above a tin of paint with a shade of blue fell all over philips naturally ginger hair permanently dying it blue when a family was looking to adopt a child they couldnt find anyone at the orphanages but when they where walking on the street they saw blue hair poke out behind a crate (if it wasnt for his blue hair he would not have been found) the family loved philip and adopted him, they took him to the best schools there were however given philips background he was not the smartest of the bunch but got in to medical school and eventually after years of studying he was given his first real job the CMO of a ship/squad medic on a ship called the Sulaco....
