Bug Description:
Can't force wear a helmet on someone.
Steps to reproduce:
1.Grab a person with no helmet on there heads.
2.Grab a Helmet
3.Attempt to force wear a helmet on the person's head.
Can't force wear a helmet on a person.

Fixed via past updates.
