Aliens Becoming Skellingtons for Halloween

Post by ItsTheSleepy » 24 Oct 2015, 23:41

So, I think a cool idea for Halloween would be to make aliens Spooky Scary Skellingtons. This would work by everything staying the same, just the appearance of the alien is different, becoming a Spooky Scary Skellington. Evolving would work like this (Don't know much about aliens so I may not be %100 right on this.) I chose mouse for larva because mouse's are not harmful and can't really do much apart from run around and be cute. I chose dog for Runner because Dogs are fast, like runners, and also runners already sort of look like dogs. I chose Cat for sentinel because They are weaker then dogs, but can still fight and cats are more peaceful then dogs. I chose Rabbit for drone because they build homes, as do the drones, and don't fight much.

-- Dog (Runner)
Mouse (Larva) -- Cat (Sentinel)
-- Rabbit (Drone)

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- WORK IN PROGRESS (Any ideas would help :D)

It's a decent idea, but I don't think anybody is willing to put in the time and effort to create a set of animal skeleton sprites for a halloween event.
Long live our Soviet motherland,
Built by the people's mighty hand.
Long live our people, united and free.
Strong in our friendship tried by fire.
Long may our crimson flag inspire,
Shining in glory for all men to see.

Late reply I know. That's the only problem, if only I had thought of this a month or so before Halloween :(

It's more the amount of return you get for your effort, rather than the time left to create the sprites. They'll be used for around two weeks a year, which isn't a great investment.

The solution is clearly to have the sprites include interchangeable headwear such as Christmas Stockings, pumpking heads, easter bunny ears, etc.

I'm sorry this isn't a serious post :(
Lennox Clarke- Corporate Asshole or Duty-bound Officer depending on the role.
Manley Maclagan- hot shot pilot, spec, or grunt.
