Orbital Beacons No longer Function

Bug Description:
Orbital beacons no longer allow you to place them, displaying a message similar to "you must be on the ground for the beacon to work"

Steps to reproduce:
1.Try to activate a Orbital beacon
2.Realise it doesn't work
3.Get overrun by the ravenous hordes as all hopes of victory are cruelly snatched away from you.

Can confirm. Orbital bacon is down.

Yes fixed for sure, OBs have been working perfectly fine for a long time now.
