Cant see through squad sl cam

Bug Description:
I was bo,I kept trying to access the cam but it kept saying the sl didn't have it. asked him why he didn't have it he said he had it on which he did.

Did you try resetting SL via BO console?
Was he BO form the start or was reassigned to the position?
