Bug Description:
Get locked in a fridge as a hunter, get some friendly marines to shoot open the fridge. Boom your screen is now black and you can't see a thing despite still being able to play and be killed.
Steps to reproduce:
1.Hide in fridge to be sneaky
2.Fridge gets shot open
3.Black screen
Black Screen fridge death.

Don't use the fridge? This is byond glitch I have no idea how to fix.

Seems to be fixed. Just tested it and my screen was normal.
