Clicking "mend" when hacking doesn't update hacking window

Bug Description:
When repairing wires on a slashed APC, the "mend" buttons don't turn into pulse/cut buttons when clicked unless you reopen the window.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Use wirecutters on slashed APC to open hacking window
2. Click Mend
3. Nothing will change, window must be re-opened to see results of actions

This is a very minor bug, but it's one that I haven't noticed on any other SS13 servers
