Technician's Kit

Summary (a quick, 2-3 sentence summary): Replace the tool belt with a technician's kit like in Aliens.

Benefits (How this will benefit the server and game as a whole): Similar to the medic's combat lifesaver pack, replace the SS13 toolbelt with a Technician's kit, much like the one that Hudson had.

Details (Description of how you think this would work, the benefits, etc): It would be a step away from the SS13 model towards a more lore-friendly design. Depending on where Apop wants the engineer's current loadout to go, it could be exactly the same as the toolbelt, or it could be like the lifesaver pack and allow engineers to carry a plethora of technical equipment. Here are two pictures of technician kits.

Implementation (Optional, if you have an idea how to implement it): Reskin the belt, shouldn't be hard to sprite. If you decide to change what it can hold then use coding magic.
