Head's being blown up.

Bug Description: So, I'm holding the shuttle with a turret, and get decapitated. Then, the turret explodes, destroying my decapitated head irreversably.
I only assume this is a bug, because it seems a little odd it would destroy them. It didn't even "gib" it.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Get decapitated next to a turret,
2. Watch the turret get blown up,
3.Watch your head disappear, and you now lack a "body" to return to as a ghost.

In addition, some items like weaponry also disappear if caught in the radius of any explosion from time to time.

Since decapitated organs are items, explosions have a 30%(?) to completely destroy items in its blast zone.

Happened to me. Last stand as Engineer, suicided with a magnum. Head flew off, sentry exploded. No head.

It looks intended to me.
Your head being sliced away then blown apart should warrant it being completely destroyed.
