Bug Description: Runners don't seem to generate plasma on weeds, or in range of Recovery Pheremones while using the hide verb. Plasma regenerates very slowly off weeds when hiding.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Be a runner.
2. Use the hide verb.
3. Watch plasma counter in Status tab within recovery pheremones, without recovery pheremones, on weeds, off weeds.

This is not a bug. This is a feature to prevent runners from running around hidden 24/7

But... the runners regenerate plasma when hidden... but not when on weeds or in the presence of recovery pheremones... so provided they stay off weeds, they will have regenerating plasma.

So it must be something like (pseudocode):
If xenohidden = true and (onweeds = true or recoveryphermone = true)
Then plasmaregenrate = 0
Simple fix is to just stop plasmaregen while hidden, and remove the rest
