Alright, so I made an appeal for this ban about 4 months ago (the ban was in July.) At the time I was banned I thought that if I waited a while and changed my attitude a little bit, then I thought I might be unbanned if I made another appeal at a later date. To be honest every time I log onto BYOND I see this server and wonder what changes had been made since I left. Sometimes I even try and log in just to see if I'm still banned.

When I tried to make my first appeal it was flooded with -supports from people I didn't even know, (besides Pink, who -supported, but then +supported later after I provided my reasons) and who I assume just take one glance at the appeal and gave a -1 because I "seemed like a griefer." I felt like it was a cluster fuck of accusations against me, which then resulted in the post being denied later because of something I did on Yog (which is stupid because Yogstation is tumblr in the form of a server.)

I really don't want to explain why I did everything that I did and it'd take a hell of a long time too. I am NOT A GRIEFER, it may seem like it from that ban reason, but I didn't draw first blood. The only time I ever killed a fellow marine or MP is because they shot lethals at me first or jeopardized the lives of other marines.

Apophis denied my previous appeal for something I did on Yogstation as a joke before I had been banned, I don't feel this was just. You shouldn't ban someone on your server for something that they did on a completely different server. But hey that's my opinion, I think Yogstation is a complete joke anyways.

It's important to bring up your past deeds to judge you on. Can't just ignore your whole past when letting you back into the server. It shows what kind of player you were, and may still be.

However, I don't mind letting you back in at this point. It's been long enough that I'm willing to give you a second shot. So I'm okay with letting him back in.

Could you list any bans you've received on other SS13's servers since you've been banned from CM. Apophis is friendly with all other Hosts so he can easily retrieve this information.
I feel like this would be a good way to judge if you've changed since and is a good tell for things to come.

Well I just received a day ban on Yog for saying the phrase "nigga" in OOC.
I was banned from Baystation for being a "greytiding shithead" for a day I think, all I tried to do was disarm a security officer and run away.
Can't really recall anything else off of the top of my head.

Change means altering something (whether it be your opinion or your way of handling things) in yourself for the better or worse in this context, I do think I have changed because I handle situations much differently than I have before. Rather than returning fire at someone who is griefing me I've just called an admin to have them revive me in incidents that I've been through post-banning.

To be fair, we should not 100% judge based on other servers. There are plenty of people who play on our server that have been perma'd from other servers. However, if he is banned from like every single server, then there could be a problem.

I am already a fair step ahead of this and I have spoken to other servers about Artyom and over all his behavior on their servers has actually improved and they say he is not a terrible player. He has a few wrong ends on one other server but they are not severe... They are actually pretty fucking light given what you did to us. You might have changed but I have no control over this appeal. This is only going to be a thing only Apop can lift.

Your past is ALWAYS relevent when the ban is for Griefing/Toxicity. The final explaination, was for the Permaban, but you don't get a permaban unless your doing shit things.

I only said that because on the last appeal I made it was denied for something that I said I had improved on (and had been banned for.) It's kind of hard to explain.

I have heard that your behavior has improved on other servers in general but than I also hear that was the case before you were banned here. I am unsure on if you were actively targeting us for your shenanigans or whatever was going through your head but in my eyes after talking to other servers it almost looks like you actively tried to do this only around our server.

And why would I target this one server to grief?
On the other servers I play on there's generally different rules, like in Hippie it's perfectly fine to run around and greytide and that kinda stuff. When I did that stuff on this server, since I was so used to doing it on Hippie, I got banned for it.
What I did on here really wasn't that bad at all to be honest, I didn't ever do anything round ruining, or breach the station or Sulaco or anything like that. I was banned simply because I couldn't roleplay like everyone else on the server. (I could though, I just didn't.)
