I have been an Server Manager of a Garry's Mod Server (RP), I was working with the FTP and MYSQL server and was mostly working as the Technician for server and the forum that I have managed too, I have somehow too helped out the Administrators on the server when I had time. And I was once a Supporter on a GTA:SA Server (RP), that means I didn't have full administration rights but I was here to fullfill the help requests sent by users and help them in general.
I once was an Administrator on a Minecraft Server (I don't play it much anymore) I have helped out the Server almost one year (3-5 hours a day on average)
So, I have much knowledge about moderating or administrating RolePlay Servers, mostly theese depend on reallife.
I too have some knowledge of moderating/administrating the forum. Did you play any of the previous Colonial Marine servers?
I did not played any of previous Colonial Marine servers but have played plenty of other SS13 servers. If a player was shooting everyone in briefing at round start how would you deal with the situation?I would first teleport him out of the room, then question him about what or why he did that. I would then either warn him or ban him if it's serious, if he would continue doing that after the ban I would be issuing a longer ban untill it is permanently.[/align]
Additional Information:
I have played on the Colonial Marine server some time and I really enjoyed it, the administrator were really nice to me and, well some players were just some jack-asses who want to ruin my RP. I could have RP with some people and with some people not. I would apply as Moderator so I can just deal with theese griefers/failrpers, my timezone would work great to work on the morning since it is very rough after all when there is no moderator online in the morning, I then would have time to play untill afternoon to 2-8PM.

And how old were you ?
What was the server ?

The application seems fine to me.
If I had to find something bad , is the age , and the timezone.
The first being only a personal idea , that at certain ages you dont really have the maturity to administrate a comunity of 70+ people.
The other being because we are quite full for now in EU-timezone staff.

As I stated as Technician I was the one managing the FTP Server, like loading plugins/modifications to the server properly or managing the map of the server and setting up the Forum for the Server aswell and I think I was Twelve Years old when I did that and I did that about 1 year, well, I cannot do anything about the timezone, only that I can stay for up to 8pm on the server when I currently dont have to go to school, so about the age, I do have the maturity to act professional for about 70+ users in my eyes, because I think that not only the age itself tells something about the real maturity of the person.
