Flashlight unavailable on Smartgun harness.

Bug Description:
The smartgun harness is modeled with a flashlight like all the other armor types. It's not available, or at least, the icon in the top left doesn't appear when it's equipped. I know the smartgun visual overlay makes it irrelevant, but it's gonna bug me anyway unless I report it.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Order smartgun kit.
2. Equip armor.
3. Cry when you can't turn on a flashlight for your squadmates.

this is not a bug. The smartgun harness is not supposed to have the built in flashlight. Neither is the B18 armor

It's also visually represented on the item icon, as well as on the player sprite (the latter I'm not in a condition to show off at the moment).
