Approximate time and date of the incident (Central US Time for fastest results): 17/12/2016 past 4pm UK time.

What rule(s) were broken: SM Grief

Description of the incident: Icly we find out that Engineering messed with supermatter and needed new one. Mark received transfer to engineering and began trasporting the crate with SM (LOCKED needed CEs access to open it) to Engineering where finds out that Supermatter can only be inserted through ejection hatch (?). After reaching EVA Alden informs both, Tye and Mark that he is opening the crate and telling us to move without touching (How exactly?) the released supermatter towards the designated area. Tye either lagged or held the button too long as they literally slammed, pushed the Supermatter and activated it while Alden simply runned away and locked down Mark and vaporised Tye with active SM.

Evidence (screenshots, logs, etc): Ask players, they should confirm that there was Supermatter problem in EVA. Sorry no Screenshots or logs. Only part i managed to copy was: Tye Evans slams into Supermatter inducing a resonance... its body starts to glow and catch flame before flashing into ash.

How you would punish the accused: Possible Ban Job.

I was the MP that round. Its called scrwedriver->crowbar->screwdriver that reinforced window. Also, that is kind of fucked up going through EVA. All I heard that there was SM shenanigans happening in EVA so I taped it off. Someone went in EVA with EVA gear on.

Ugh, that was a TERRIBLE round. Their stupidity caused the whole round to derail, making a breach and making the whole crew trip balls, forcing the whole crew to evacuate and making me blind by rad med OD.

At least a jobban is deserved.

I will investigate this incident. My findings and recommended course of action to the Heads of Staff will be posted here.

Small word of advice, post in CENTRAL STANDARD TIME & We are not in the year 2016 yet.

So this took an excessive amount of time to investigate, specifically because things like shutting doors and whatnot are not logged. But based on what I witnessed from all of your conversations and the vaporization text, I would assume it went something like this.
-You brought the crate to Engineering
-Crate was Opened and you were asked to move it (Why it was opened and not just brought to the tile I don't know)
-One of you bumped into it resulting in the slammed and vaporization log
-Alden then fled, locking doors to stop the spread of the Phoron (Which in reality did nothing seeing as you had all of about 10 seconds before it exploded due to it becoming supercharged)

So in this situation, I would normally consider it bad engineering skills, but then I took notice of the fact the Supermatter crate was opened early for no reason whatsoever. I'd overlook the fact Alden fled and left, because that tends to be the first reaction when a Supermatter becomes supercharged (Flee out of the explosion radius).

I'd issue a warning and possible Job-ban to Alden from Engineering roles for opening the SM crate without it being in the SM chamber, but other than that this situation went down exactly as expected from people attempting to move an SM without using a Ripley.

Ok, Job-ban when they are seen. I'm working on a new job-ban verb as well, to be able to handle this stuff when people are offline.
