Youre most likely banned from ALL command positions. ERT is considered a Command position.

I have recently been banned from Command positions but I had this job ban prior to being banned. Thanks anyway!

I think this might be a side effect. BAsically, any players who are in "disreputable" status, are preventing from ERT.
