Hello everyone again, I hope you're all doing well during the holidays. I'm hoping to attempt this once more with alot more respect for others and integrity for myself.

Overview
1. I was being quite the petty asshole. For lack of better words my pretentious behavior has gotten me a well deserved perma ban. When I say all of this, it is my most truthful analysis of my actions. In regards to the staff, this has put a huge gap between us.

2. Insulting and Disrespecting a Co-Host was my truest intentions, unbeknownst to me that Rahzel was a co-host at the time, when I realized I was being questioned and disciplined, I deliberately insulted him in a way that I felt was humorous at the time. Before I thought it was about a few admins being uptight about homosexuality and political correctness. I now know that it was simply, and always has been about respect.

3. Please give me a chance at communication, previously I have proven, in stubborness, that using logic and understanding is not possible with me. I'm here to say that it is completely the opposite now and I am willing to listen to and respect the administration.

Resolution

I would very much like to return to Colonial Marines..If I am unbanned, I plan to be mindful when addressing staff and adhere to the rules outlined for the game. I do apologize for not taking the Server or the Staff seriously.

Only the heads can lift this ban due to it being placed by rahl. However because this ban is over three months and you are at least admitting that you where being a total asshole to staff I will put a +1 to lifting this.

Please state any bans on other servers you've had since you've been permed from our server.

Apop & SAS can easily check this so just state them clearly for us.

For the most part I've been playing on Yogstation when I can if im not working or playing other games. I try to keep a decent relationship with the admins there. I cannot recall some of the bans I've had because it's been awhile. If I am banned its typically a day ban or petty ban for example of one i can recall when I was setting up the singularity as a HOP because engineers were absent i forgot one of the shields and the singularity eecaped. The admins were understanding but due to the circumstances and forced end of game they had to excercise the punishment. Also I've gotten maybe a half a day ban for a bomb that i incidently exploded, but that was also discussed with the admins there. I typically play as a HOS, Warden, Roboticist or a Toxins Scientists.

I just noticed im supposed to be handling this appeal, except its really up to APOP / Rahl that can unban you. I can only give my opinion at this point.

Hopefully rahl will check this over.
