Description of the incident: Miller was going around in marine gear as Aggley, tasing and murdering marines with no context or warning. In my case, after tasing me, I did get handcuffed and shortly spout some one-sided "RP" which pretty much consisted of a power-trip after being dragged into security, only to get shot to death and left in a corner without a clue as to why. I was lucky to have gotten that much, in the case of another marine, he literally tased them, got distracted by aliens then tased them down a second time and shot them to death when simply asked why they were doing that, without a word in reply. I found out after I had died from dsay that he was playing a survivor and had been at that for a while.

I could post one more, but it's pretty much 2 more lines of dialog and attack logs until I die.
I also have logs of where he literally killed another marine without a word, but I'll wait to see if they decide to weigh in and want that posted.

I can confirm this. A marine shot Mya Miller, who he claimed to be his wife. He proceeded to kill that marine (who ran off solo), take his gear, disguise as him, and run around hunting marines afterwards. He stole my SADAR and went on, killing absolutely everyone with no more RP than yelling "FUCKING PIRATES" after each kill, including an AFK marine in the Nexus. He then proceeded to steal an SL ID and go to the Sulaco, where he murdered the CL with no RP whatsoever, not even the usual "FUCKING PIRATES" routine. His "RP" with Rana consisted of tasing her, yelling "WHY DID YOU PIRATES INVADE AND KILL MY WIFE", ignoring her assurances that she exited cryo after all of this happened, and stabbing/shooting her repeatedly until she died.

This all started when Carlos Roberts decided to murder all the survivors instead of talk to them or rescue them. Even when Mya was in crit on the ground and dying Carlos continued to mag dump into her, even with all the cracking and screaming. The marines are butthurt because Isaac was able to turn it around on them and instead of a murderboner fest of marines killing survivors, Isaac was able to finally hit Carlos with a grenade and get him down to finish him off.

Any possible complaint the marines could have of 'not enuf RP' 'he didn't say enuf words' is sorta invalidated by them running and gunning down un-armored survivors without words to the survivors either. Especially with how often he used tazer and cuffs and did talk to them on sulaco.

At this point Isaac looted Carlos corpse of the gear it had on it and equipped Carlos' ID so that the other marines would think he was Carlos. Isaac then followed the marines for a little bit at this point with them thinking he was Carlos, and they come upon the body of Mya and proceed to be disrespectful and loot the corpse which triggered Isaac to fire upon them and take them out further convincing him that they were pirates and not a rescue OP at all.

After this the salt really starts to pile up, especially from Halinder in deadchat. Halinder himself was being metamarine earlier in the round anyway and proceeded to be a powergame xeno later in the round as well so funny that they should go out of their way to complain as well.

Isaac then proceeded to take out more of the pirates he encountered on the planet surface, before eventually taking the shuttle up to the Sulaco with Mya's corpse in the hopes that it could get cloned.

Isaac in several situations attempted to take pirates down non-violently and did so when they would comply and be handcuffed after stunning. In several cases they would not stay down, or they would run, or they would pull a gun out and try to fight back.

In conclusion this was all within RP of Isaac seeing marines as pirates - ones that landed and shot at him and Mya and then proceeded to desecrate and loot her corpse, and then showing no indication whatsoever the rest of the time that they were on a rescue OP for real and not looting pirates out to kill and plunder. The marines that allowed RP to happen instead of just going for guns or running were antagonistic and only helped to fuel the idea of pirates. What purpose do marines who are sent on a rescue mission have for shooting unarmored civilians that are dying on the ground in crit. Players on this server just aren't used to RP it seems and so many went for weapons and being violent rather than attempt to reason, further causing the violence to spiral. If Isaac was really a murderboner he would have walked up and point-blanked people in the head rather than carrying on his RP.

If he was actually killing/harming as a Survivor without any RP reasons then action will/should be taken against him.

I would like to point out in the information provided it very clearly shows the players are survivors on the planet. The poll and ruling by apop applies to the Sulaco and the personnel on board where realistically a husband/wife would probably not be deployed at the same time, compared to a COLONY where of course you'd have couples and families to have children and grow the colony...

Once again, threads have been posted in the marriage thread regarding dual deployments being a thing.

We aren't going to argue the wife in the marines thing here, it's a report, Apop already said no on it. Now that being said, marriage is still a no even if you are a survivor because it is a random occurrence and this could be argued if they had been put in as marines this defense would mean nothing: That being said Issac does have a history of this sort behavior either wanting to kill survivors for no real logical reason and apparently attacking marines which is a good defense you gave him Wyatt, but killing the marines on planet is something you can argue, when you are constantly fight marines on their ship, eventually it would click in your head that these guys may not be pirates. I will say more once this has been investigated.

It's perfectly logical that there could be a survivor couple that happen to be married. From a gameplay standpoint it would be rather difficult to carry out, but still it'd be possible. The rules against marriages were purely for the marines being deployed.

Right, so I was there for this part (I'm "Alyssa Barnes"), and I just wanted to say that Wyatt's assertion that we were given a chance to surrender and sort things out non-violently is completely false.

What actually happened was this: Survivor dude comes onto the bridge pretending to be marine, stuns everyone without saying a word, then (while we were unconscious and incapable of hearing anything he said), apparently (I couldn't hear it, and this log is the first evidence I've seen that this happened) tells us to stop moving. To a group of unconscious people. Who have no idea who he is or what he wants.

Then, when I get back up, he unloads into my face without another word. I wasn't armed, I wasn't attacking him, I was trying to walk away from this crazy dude with a tazer.

It's clear from the log that the only time he spoke to us is when we were unconscious on the floor. Not exactly the finest example of RP, in my opinion.

Yes. if they are "survivors" married to other "survivors" that's not an issue for LV-624, possibly an issue on the prison if they are a guard/prisoner couple...

Yeah... Resolved? Isaac was banned for other reasons but yes we have taken this report into consideration before the ban occurred.
