Description of the incident: The round was apparantly ruined on the Sulaco by several things, but seeing the situation - incompetent Queen according to legend - I was trying to finish it. I was going to rush the caves and kill the Queen + Aliens. Despite a majority for no, Feweh restarted.

How you would punish the accused: A warning? I don't know what your standards are.

Ignoring your selfishlessly known behaviour I did it for the following.

1. Sulaco had no command staff alive or Medical staff.
2. SM was griefed, the entire bridge/medical area was destroyed/breached due to SM collision(I cant close breaches).
3. Queen was incompetent and did nothing all game.
4. A griefer shot up briefing at the beginning
5. The biggest reason, I had to leave //
I was the only staff around and with no Queen and 3 aliens left I didnt want the round to get stuck in a infinite loop. Marines couldnt call the shuttle if they needed to anymore and I didnt want to leave you guys stuck chasing 3 runners for 2 hours. Because all of Sulaco was breached I also didnt want new players spawning in and dying. This would stop the server from gaining population.


I restarted the round to benefit the server as a whole. I know youre a selfish individual, but in the future think of the situation at hand before making reports. I gain no benefit from restarting the sever, I wasnt playing and I had to leave.

Evidently as well, only half the people were opposed to a restart. All of them being in your squad in the caves at the time.

The aliens could have put a credible threat (They still had a ravager.) And judging on the fact that the aliens were stuck in their nest and the marines were 3, you didn't have to restart, especially with the opposition.
That could've been a simple end round gun fight.

Part of being staff is taking the benefit of everyones enjoyment into consideration. While you 6 might of had fun killing eachother, there were 20 other people getting vented and killed by radiation on Sulaco.

If you werent able to kill the aliens and I had left... round could of dragged on for hours if no other Staff got on.

Feweh was completely right, the restart was fully needed in my book. We do have everyone to be in a account, if people are getting majorly griefed on sulaco by sm grief, all evidence seems legit. Also as coronel said there mate, you thought you were going to fight your way into the hive and kill the queen, you it is a bit harder then you think. So yea agree with Feweh on the restart.

I see nothing wrong that feweh did. Although myself I would have done a server vote (pretty sure mods can) it is largely up the staff online to decide and act if round is unplayable for what ever reason and they reserve the right to restart it.

I see nothing wrong here by feweh. Would I have restarted? Probably not, but then, it takes a LOT for me to want to restart.

But, if feweh believed that there was enough of an issue to restart, and from what I gather: Ship damaged from Sm explosion, No power, Griefing, and not wanting to leave the server in such as state. I'm going to go ahead and say this complaint is resolved, in favor of Feweh.

I really see nothing here that shows a violation of any procedure, rule, or protocol.
