Central command is reachable

This is the backup idea
Summary (a quick, 2-3 sentence summary):
So I have found out that you are able to reach central command...
We need to stop this.
Simply by having the response teams escape pods to explode once they are going back to Centcomm.
Implement multiple laser turrets around central command and have it to kill anyone within range,xeno or not they will be shot.
Benefits (How this will benefit the server and game as a whole):
So basically we can just stop any future accidental attempts reaching CentComm.
All marines/aliens are counted for being alive if they are present on the screen and not in space and this person wasn't in space since he was in Centcomm.
If someone was bold enough to venture towards central command there should be a turret that kills anything that comes into range to stop any delays in the round.
How it would benefit the server is by not having anyone to be stalling the game.
Details (Description of how you think this would work, the benefits, etc):
Some guy got trapped inside a response pod and was sent to Central where he was stuck there until he ended the round by spacing himself.
Any future accidents of this occuring will be prevented in order to stop any stalling.
So some guy (I will not name) got a space suit and ventured off to central command.
I don't know how he managed to get there but he did.
He just sat there for awhile until all of dead chat teleported to him,to tell him to end the round.
He did eventually end it by space walking.
We need to prevent this from happening in the future where a few random marines grab a jetpack to fly off and to be never be seen again.
Making turrets around the station will prevent anyone from coming into Centcomm where they could delay the round.
A few dozen lazer turrets guarding CentComm should do and a warning that if you come into range like something along the lines of:
HALT,TURN BACK NOW OR FACE ANNIHILATION.
And if you think this was absurd then take a look at this:
This guy got trapped there and it waas during a non-admin period of time.
P.S:
Also I know there will be an update some day along the lines of the atmos system to try and stop spacewalking.
And I didn't report the player since it was necessary since he wasn't delaying the round after the Sulaco was overrun.
If you want me to tell you the name of the person I will on request.
Implementation (Optional, if you have an idea how to implement it):
Place timed bombs that go off when the pod gets sent back.
And if this gets denied then I can see why.

Just to note, the guy in Centcomm was accidently trapped in a supply shuttle when it took off. He managed to RP it quite well until LOOC informed him he was the last human. No mods were on at the time.
Aka Dennis Hunt the (usually) overworked medic/doctor.

Ah, I should clarify that. It was the cargo ERT shuttle. I heard what was happening over comms, so I didn't see it happen for sure. This is the second day in a row that I've seen a round delayed by people on Centcomm.
Yesterday it was the ERT response bugging and stopping outside of it.
I didn't check that guy's occupation today, but there was a pizza ERT that round which might have caused the shuttle to bug again. Is that the pizza guy in your screenshot?

They seem to be mainly caused by the ERT shuttle returning to CC. Both times I've seen the players be trapped on the shuttle when it leaves, forcing them to break into Centcom for survival. The first one appeared to be due to the lack of power locking the ERT out of the station (due to not spawning with C4/crowbars), while the other one appeared to be a commander being trapped by the automatic flight system of the shuttle, who was busy shuttling supplies due to a lack of CTs/RO. I have honestly not seen a marine purposely break into EVA in order to faff about in spess, even in OOC. A mechanic that could rectify both the door not being able to open and the shuttle leaving too early (e.g. maybe make it similar to the syndie shuttle, where the members can use a console to bring the ship back when retreating/leaving), though it may tax the already-busy coders and map makers. That's my two cents, anyways.

Why not just make the glass around centcomm unbreakable? Keeps people from getting inside.
