Description of the incident: Ivan Bullard sat behind me in briefing, sat silent for one or two minutes, then shot me twice. I thought it was just a misfire, as it happens a lot, then he began to shoot me repeatedly until my chest broke and I had a decent amount of shrapnel. Ivan went SSD immediately after I ran away from him and the MPs took him away, then I got surgery seeing as no admins/mods were on. Conner Scott performed the surgery.

How you would punish the accused: Perma for unexplained grief? Or at least a ban.
