Description of the incident: Mark joined the round and fairly quickly started complaining about his position in various ways and lamenting the low numbers of marines and then proceeded to SSD before even giving a briefing or anymore direction to the marines. He did not even cryo himself, so the marines went without a CO the rest of the round and no one could join as one. His sleeping body then spent the whole round asleep inside an O2 locker.

Would be a bit more believable if one of the last things they said before going SSD wasn't about how going back to sleep was a good idea....

Conclusion that I'd recommend is a warning at the most. Shit happens, can control connections. That's my official opinion on this matter. He admitted to ssding but not by choice. Net crashed and didn't return for a while.

So I looked into it and the story pretty much goes down as it was stated in the Report. Against my better judgement I will reccomend a warning over anything else due to TR reccomending it to me personally, stating the player disconnected. HOWEVER, if it should happen again, I'd immediately suggest a lengthy ban and an accompanied job-ban.
