I dont have any evidence, as it was a long time ago ( NOV 22) I had fucked up in the past once, by shooting a marine who threw a knife at me and got a day ban. I shot a marine who was turning into an alien, as I had seen another turn into an alien, but I realise it was the wrong thing to do. His buddy attacked me, I shot back and was eventually killed. I was then banned.

I'd just like to play CM again because its the only place you can actually use SS13's damage and health wizardy and kill things without getting in shit as long as you kill the right things.

The reason as to why you want to be un-banned is pretty awful... "i want to shoot shit and do damage". Where a Medium RP server and players with your mentality never fair well here.

Just checked your notes and man are they bad. Be-heading players, not answering Admins and shooting players randomly?

November 22nd was reletively close and Im not sure youre ready to return yet.

Its not like that, I just enjoy that aspect. I usually play as medic.

I really like your guyses server and It was my regular before this perma ban.

I'm not one to grief and it really sucks not being able to play in one of the more populated servers.

Ok I'm the one that issued the perma request. I'm sorry but no. Your notes are constant grief.. and the fact that you put this into you appeal "I'd just like to play CM again because its the only place you can actually use SS13's damage and health wizardy and kill things without getting in shit as long as you kill the right things." shows you enjoy killing. I personally do not think this is your type of server.. if you enjoy killing so much then go to tg or goon or other server that allows for that kind of stuff. If you only did it once maybe twice that would be one thing... but every note you have is for griefing.
