Bug Description: Joined up on RT. Lost connection immediately before spawning in. Rejoined and noticed I spawned with no gear. Unknown of the disconnect was related.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Ready up in an RT
2. Wait for WY PMC
3. Sometimes spawn with no gear
