Disable shooting if accidentally clicking yourself with disarm

if you have disarm intent on, and are sitting in a chair and accidentally click yourself, your weapon can go off. This is super fun on a shuttle filled with marines.

no accidental shootings on something so trivial.

Honestly, a better option would be to have a safety toggle on all the guns.

I mean, your suit storage is there for a reason, just put you gun away and don't bring 2 primary weapons
