Bug Description: If you have no feet when you're eaten by a xeno, you'll drop any item you pull out from anywhere on the ground outside of the Xeno.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Lose Feet
2. Pull Item
3. Drop Item

I might be misunderstanding here, but is the bug that you can't pull something behind when you don't have any feet?

Nah, the bug is when you have no feet if you try to hold anything you'll drop it, which is normal interaction.
