Its possible to grab the handlebars of a wheelchair when it transitions z-levels

Bug Description: Title. Causes you to push an invisible wheelchair until something updates. Unknown if title is exact cause.


Steps to reproduce:
1. Transition z-level with a wheel chair
2. Grab handles when the wheel chair-ee goes back down
3. Push invisible wheelchair

Fixed, the wheelchair doesn't have handlebars anymore.
