If I recall correctly, you shot and killed a marine who was blinding you with a flash.

Looks to me like you were caught in a sticky ban. There are no record of a permanent ban request for you in the archives.

I shot him in the right leg only. Resulting in a maim. I never aimed to kill him or intended to.

Anyway, it happens every so often that people get caught in sticky bans. Not commonly, but certainly not unheard of. The ban purpose being "GRIEFER" also seems to support that fact, since that is the default text for sticky bans. Regular bans have the default text as "Griefer" in lowercase

I don't know if you were a part of the grief team or not but the amount of marines you shot within that round that were not a part of the grief team were absurd. If you were not a part of a grief team that round you regardless caused way to much chaos and I considered you as a part of it.

From the radical logs of different people only being hit once or twice. I can see that it was a shoot out between two people others being hit by stray bullets. Desolane900 was shooting at ben and ben was shooting back. From the logs he was not part of any grief team as there was only one person who was shot repeatedly. If the only reason he was permaed was because he was reported as being part of a grief team then I beleive the perma should be lifted. Yes from the previous logs posted above form others shows he has an attitude and even more so IC.... my recommendation is to drop the Perma ban.
