Bug Description: Firelocks that are welded can be pried open by aliens if they start prying before you start the welding procedure. (so like you close it, they start prying but dont have it open yet, you weld it, then it is opened) This seems a bit stupid since that isn't the case for airlocks and such.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Close a firelock.
2. Have a xeno start prying it open.
3. Weld it.
4. Profit (see it get forced open anyhow)
