Engineer making "Fortress" tiles

Summary (a quick, 2-3 sentence summary):So as post was made related to "Eggs being built under walls",if that was post was accepted the balancing followed would have to be removing the power for engineers to build Metal barricades, E-grilles and tables on the same tile

Benefits (How this will benefit the server and game as a whole):Balancing if the before mentioned post is accepted and some salt reducing regarding the engineers defenses

Details (Description of how you think this would work, the benefits, etc):Before mentioned on benefits

Implementation (Optional, if you have an idea how to implement it): 2 new Rules i guess

-1 from me, resin structures and huggers can be spammed indefinetly as long ans you are alive and it takes 0 time to being built, metal structures takes more time and they need limited resources such as metal and plasteel.

It is kinda importent to have tables next to egrils to stop shocks. Even if you walk around them, chances are in a rush someone will walk into/get pushed into them and die.

Um... No.

In fact, there's a barricades update coming soon, that will address a LOT of the stuff on the engineer side, as well as do the following:

Remove Hidden Doors
Add a new "gate" barricade marines can use a wrench to open/close
current Barricades will be constructed with metal and have 1/3th the health.
A new "heavy barricade" will be constructed with durasteel and have the current health.
All grates will have their health dropped to 1 (meaning they'll electrocute a slashing xeno one time)
