Let welders be able to cut through door bolts

Summary (a quick, 2-3 sentence summary):Title. Probably make it an alternative to welding the door shut that allows access to rooms without fiddling with the wires. Make it require you to stand still for a few seconds 5-10. Alternatively make it only work on 'civilian'-style doors.

Benefits (How this will benefit the server and game as a whole):Lets survivors and humans get into rooms without all the tools normally necessary. Ruins door bolts so unless the door is welded shut aliens can get in easier.

On Bay, I think you can weld the door, screwdriver it open, then crowbar the bolts open. Not sure if we have that.

You can, but you have to cut every wire except the door bolts to do so.

Which, you know, kind of eliminates the purpose..

You can already do this by deconstructing the door. Not a bad idea, and may be possible some time in the future. Denied for now though.
