Give W-Y PMCs Tactical SMGs

Summary (a quick, 2-3 sentence summary): PMCs will be given "Tactical SMGs" which are modified with attachments.

Benefits (How this will benefit the server and game as a whole): When I think of W-Y Mercs, I think of highly trained specialists with cutting-edge gear. Right now they get the rinky dink SMGs that everyone else gets (they also get smartguns, but that's not relevant information to this suggestion). I think this should be changed.

Details (Description of how you think this would work, the benefits, etc): I think it would be enough to just put a foregrip and RDS on the SMGs, and perhaps give a slight damage boost. For the best, these attachments should b part of the gun and should not be removable via field stripping.

Implementation (Optional, if you have an idea how to implement it): Either just add attachments to the spawn-in SMGs or create the new "Tactical SMG" gun.

I think the PMC group doesn't have smart guns anymore, just flamethrowers, however I could be mistaken.

I like this idea, PMCs need a boost...Or maybe just go back to giving them all those MAR assault rifles or something.

I'm still a big fan of the white coloring, but think it should be white with black details.

This isn't really for a new weapon, it's basically just a modded weapon.

Probably shouldn't be pointing fingers when you recently made a duplicate thread.

Anyway, this is something I've considered. I want to make sure PMCs hold onto their SMGs and hold onto them tight.

Won't happen for a bit though.
